Exercise of securities under warrants for warrant holders "-W"

Exercise of securities under warrants for warrant holders "-W"

Exercise is the exercise of the right to purchase the underlying asset (Underlying Asset) of the warrant at the exercise price (Exercise Price) and the number of rights granted within the specified period for warrant holders (Warrant). It can be easily identified by the suffix "-W" after the name of the stock.

In simple terms, warrants are a type of reservation to buy shares, similar to a reservation to buy a condominium.

In general, the underlying asset is the stock of the company that issued the warrants (mother stock) directly, which is different from derivative warrants (Derivative Warrant or DW), which are the right to purchase the shares of another company.

Investors must purchase Warrants before the XE date and hold the shares until the XE (Excluding Exercise) date to exercise the right to convert the securities.

Currently, there are two ways to exercise the right:

1. Contact your marketing officer to confirm the exercise.

2. Send an order through the online system E-Exercise without submitting documents.

Special for Bualuang Securities customers, you can use E-Exercise conveniently and add a payment channel by cutting the margin in your securities account or bank account (E-ATS) when Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited is appointed as the representative to purchase securities.
