• Implementing, reviewing, and monitoring Corporate Policies and Procedures to ensure that the company is complying with the rules and regulations of asset management company.
• Report to Department Head on identification of potential compliance risks and minimize it.
• Follow up and study rules such as announcements from the SEC, the stock exchange.
• Bank of Thailand, AMLO and Association of Investment Management Companies to apply to the organization and the performance of individual duties.
• Establish compliance strategies include all training to ensure the employees are aware and understand all compliance policies and procedures.
• Develop & maintains AML/CFT Manual and Procedure and monitor& report on AML/CFT job or related.
• Support other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in law, accounting, finance, economics or other relating field.
• 1-3 years experience in compliance, internal control.
• Experience in Policy & Procedure writing and review on financial business.
• Have rational thinking skills and solving immediate problems.
• Good command in English both writing and speaking skills (At least Conversational High).
• Excellent communications and presentation skill in Thai and English.
• Good computer skill in MS Excel, Word. Power point, Access.
• Well-organized, details-oriented, mature and excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
