• Plan and develop strategies to expand the customer base in the securities business.
• Provide consultation and guidance to relevant departments in customer service, both B to C and B to B.
• Design, support, and advise on organizing marketing activities, including events and training seminars.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summary reports to present to relevant departments.

• Age between 22-27 year old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva.
• Creative in planning marketing activities.
• Previous experience in finance or banking is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external departments.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours and travel to other provinces as .
