• Model Development: Design, develop, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to uncover trends in trading patterns, client behavior, and market movements.
• Data Visualization Build interactive dashboards that clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Quality, Security & Compliance Ensure data integrity and security, maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with investment consultants, and sales teams to identify business opportunities, provide data-driven recommendations, and establish clear performance metrics for success.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective presentations to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability in evolving technological landscapes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and mentoring team members is a plus.
